Silex Water Technologies Ltd. is one of Hungary’s leading contractors in water and wastewater treatment technologies. Their new headquarters was completed in January 2013 in the commercial and service district of Balatonfüred. The 720 m² building is divided into two functional units: 485 m² allocated to warehouse and workshop areas, and 235 m² dedicated to modern office space.
Design
The spatial layout supports both focused individual work and collaborative activities. Smaller offices and phone booths provide ideal conditions for concentration, while the open office area, meeting rooms, and kitchenette serve as spaces for teamwork.
The interior is clean and functional, enriched by playful graphic compositions on glass and wall surfaces, created from the company’s technical drawings, local landmarks, and elements of the brand logo.
