Project Name: Rossmann
Our Role: Office interior design
Location: 2225 Üllő, 3666/2
Year: 2025
Status: Under construction
Size: 4,000 m²
In Üllő, within the Budapest metropolitan area and in close proximity to the existing site, a 32,000 m² Rossmann logistics center is being developed. The project is designed to provide modern, sustainable, and scalable operational conditions to support the company’s future growth.
In addition to the warehouse development, Rossmann aims to create a 4,000 m² office space. The interior design concept is built around the key themes of “Home x Industrial x Beauty.” These principles are reflected not only in the choice of materials and design language, but also in the definition of functions and the overall spatial organization.
During the layout design process, the primary objective was to create a well-functioning work environment while establishing a comfortable, homelike atmosphere. The new office design also takes into account the growing importance of hybrid working models in recent years.
The dominance of warm tones derived from the brand’s color palette, combined with softly rounded furniture forms, enhances a sense of comfort, softening the strong, restrained character of the industrial hall structure.
The third conceptual layer, beauty, is expressed through elegant reflective surfaces and the recurring use of circular forms across the office. A key feature embodying this theme is the ribbon-inspired installation in the arrival area, whose flowing form creates a captivating spatial experience, while its raw metal material conveys elegance, clarity, and a sense of high quality.
