Upon entering an office building, the first space a visitor encounters is the lobby. This is where first impressions are formed, making it essential to carefully shape the atmosphere, mood, and visual experience. The lobby is not merely a transitional space, but the signature of the building — offering a first insight into its overall character.
In our design, the primary goal was to create a bright, light-filled, and nature-inspired arrival experience. Accordingly, the material palette was kept restrained, allowing light, color, and greenery to define the atmosphere. Beige tones convey calmness and harmony, complemented by the fresh, natural greens of indoor planting. These are paired with pastel green furniture elements that subtly integrate into the concept, further reinforcing the connection to nature.
Lounge areas integrated into the lobby provide opportunities for employees and visitors to pause briefly and wait in a comfortable setting. In addition, a built-in parcel collection point has been incorporated adjacent to the reception area, addressing the evolving needs of modern office buildings by enabling organized and efficient package handling.
This solution not only enhances the convenience of tenants and employees, but also reduces the workload on reception staff and couriers, allowing daily logistics to be managed more quickly and efficiently.
