This unique family residence functions both as a private home and a multi-generational living environment, as neighboring units are occupied by members of the same family. Each resident has their own distinct suite, tailored to individual preferences, while ensuring that the diverse interior design expressions come together as a cohesive whole.
In addition to the private areas, the building also includes shared spaces designed to support quality time together and relaxation.
The basement features amenities such as a cinema room and a wine lounge, offering spaces for relaxation and shared experiences. From the ground floor, the private suites and communal family areas are accessed through separate entrances, ensuring both privacy and ease of use.
Thanks to the building’s layout, the suites overlook a shared inner courtyard, which provides direct access to a yoga room and a wellness area. The guest rooms are given a unique identity through thematic concepts — inspired by the Sun, the Forest, and the Sea — each creating a distinct atmosphere.
