Sustainability, environmental awareness, and employee well-being are core values of CTP. The aim was therefore to create an office and Clubhaus that fully reflect these principles.

Living greenery plays a significant role in shaping the workplace atmosphere, while also symbolizing CTP’s commitment to sustainability. Special lighting solutions — including circular windows, skylights, and glass partitions — contribute to a human-centered, welcoming environment.

A distinctive feature of the office is the Clubhaus area, a multifunctional space that can be transformed into an event venue or separated for use by an external catering provider. This flexibility allows for a wide range of uses. The industrial character clearly reflects CTP’s core business, and the interior design intentionally reinforces these identity-forming elements. This is expressed through features such as resin flooring, exposed ceilings with visible mechanical and electrical systems, and wayfinding totems inspired by those found in industrial parks.

The symbolic language of the communal space is not limited to the Hungarian headquarters, but is also present across CTP’s offices in 10 countries, representing a unified corporate identity and shared values across borders. A notable feature is the ArtWall — one of the largest painted wall surfaces in Europe — originally located at CTP’s Biatorbágy headquarters, which is also echoed on the auditorium wall.

The workplace is directly connected to its surrounding landscape, with a garden interface that allows the terrace to function as an outdoor coworking area from spring to autumn, as well as a venue for events.
