The lobby renovation was an exciting and complex development project, where alongside aesthetic and functional considerations, modern technological solutions and sustainability principles played a key role. Demolition works were consciously minimized: the existing ground floor flooring was preserved, while custom-shaped area rugs were introduced to refresh the space.
The existing grey-toned hard flooring is complemented by a warm color palette — beiges, earth tones, and soft whites — creating a balanced and inviting atmosphere.
Light-toned natural materials, bronze-effect metal surfaces, textiles, and lush greenery — including a striking green wall — create a fresh, inviting atmosphere while conveying a refined sense of elegance. The central feature of the lobby is a suspended installation composed of a bronze chain system, whose rotated elements create a dynamic and airy visual effect.
Flowing forms and comfortable seating, combined with a spacious layout, ensure that the lobby remains both elegant and welcoming. The diverse material palette — from bronze chains to marble-effect stone surfaces — establishes strong focal points and gives the space a distinctive character.
