Andrássy Palace Office Building – Common Areas Refurbishment
The redesign of the common areas of the historic Andrássy Palace office building and its adjoining Paulay wing was carried out with careful respect for the heritage values of the property.
At the same time, the refurbishment introduces a contemporary layer that adds prestige within a commercial context, enhancing the building’s overall value and market position, while also supporting its long-term operation and leasing potential.
The Andrássy and Paulay wings, with their distinct architectural identities, are also expressed in contrasting interior designs. The historic Andrássy wing features heritage details with white, marble, and gold surfaces, while the Paulay wing introduces an industrial character refined with a touch of elegance.
