The interior design of the common areas at Cosmo Residence was commissioned by Biggeorge Property as both client and developer.
The aim of the design was to establish a cohesive and timeless concept that combines functionality with a clean, refined aesthetic. The scope included the lobby, circulation areas, and underground garage, with design principles defined across key levels (basement -1, ground floor, and first floor) that can be consistently applied throughout the building.
In the circulation and communal spaces, a restrained palette of warm-toned materials and homogeneous surfaces dominates, complemented by subtle detailing. The clear spatial organization and consistent material use create a calm and orderly atmosphere.
The lobby serves as the representative focal point of the building, where custom-patterned finishes, distinctive lighting, and a cohesive furniture concept together define the identity of the space. A key feature is the custom-designed metal mailbox system, clad in perforated panels and accented with a gold logo, functioning both as a practical element and a strong branding feature.
A consistent graphic and signage system supports wayfinding throughout the building, complemented by a color-coded scheme in the underground parking levels to ensure clear and intuitive navigation.
The developed interior design concept can be consistently applied across the entire vertical structure of the building, contributing to a unified appearance and a timeless spatial experience.
