IDEMIA Hungary Kft. is the Hungarian subsidiary of the globally operating IDEMIA Group, primarily responsible for the personalization of bank cards for the Hungarian market on behalf of various financial institutions. The company’s new office in Budaörs accommodates its Shared Service Center, providing financial, accounting, and IT services to the French headquarters and other international subsidiaries.
The project was initiated with preparatory work by Blue Business Interior, during which tenant requirements were consolidated and the design brief was established. Based on IDEMIA’s international branding and visual identity guidelines, the interior design concept reflects both the creative character of the office team and the client’s open, youthful, and forward-thinking mindset.
Capstone Management Kft. was responsible for tenant representation and project management, and following the completion of the detailed interior design execution plans, also provided technical supervision during the construction phase.
The team continuously monitored and managed the overall project budget, ensuring that not only the space itself but also the financial close-out was successfully delivered at the end of the process. The strong corporate culture and the client’s clear, forward-looking vision enabled the creation of a highly distinctive space following an engaging and rewarding design process.
The “space within a space” concept, along with collaboration-focused communal areas, was designed specifically for a young and dynamic team. Supporting communication between teams and divisions remained a key priority throughout the design process.
