Status: Completed
Completed in 2002, the office building is located in one of Buda’s most prominent areas, at the foot of the Buda Castle near Széll Kálmán Square. With 5,200 m² of leasable space, the building offers high-quality, modern office areas that fully meet A-class standards. It is therefore no surprise that the goal was to translate this level of quality into a clear and immediate visual statement.
Clean, decisive lines convey the building’s values and quality at first glance, while the selected materials further reinforce this message.
The glossy black reception desk and the office building’s logo, positioned at the center of the composition, immediately capture attention, while wooden slats and integrated light strips guide the eye further through the space. The black-and-white base palette is perfectly balanced by natural wood finishes and vibrant, ergonomic furniture.
Beyond the lobby, the refurbishment also included the shared circulation areas, and dedicated changing and shower facilities were introduced for cyclists.
